Here's
how the process works:
1. Planning
cycle begins between the facilitator and the senior
executive of the company
2. A
plan-to-plan day introduces the strategic leadership
team to the planning process
3. A
two-day, off-site planning retreat is scheduled
after the plan-to-plan day
4. The
Action Plan Ratification Day follows several weeks
later
5. The
Strategic Planning team meets at least quarterly
to discuss progress and make adjustments if necessary
